The following must be submitted with application:
The application fee of $65 for the first applicant and $50 for each additional applicant, which is non-refundable.
Pets require advance approval and an account with petscreening.com
. A pet fee or pet deposit will also be required.
Each potential tenant (over the age of 18) must fully complete a separate application, and provide photo I.D.
Some Homeowner/Condominium Associates may require approval of a separate application (with an additional possible fee). If so, their approval is necessary prior to any final approval of this application.
If you are self employed or unemployed additional proof of income may be required.
3 pay stubs will need to accompany the rental application.
We will verify your rental history, background, credit and employment.
After Application Approval
After you are approved, we will request the security deposit within 48 hours in order to remove the rental from the market. If the security deposit is not received within 48 hours, we will start to accept new applications. The security deposit is non refundable.
After security deposit has been received, we will draft the lease from the attorneys Heist, Weisse & Wolk P.A.
60 days prior to your lease expiring you will be notified with either an offer to renew or a notice to vacate.
